"Research shows that only one in five organizations currently has a talent management strategy in place," said Christine Abbatiello, Director of HCI's Talent Strategy Community. "High-performance organizations know that people make the difference, and that talent management strategy is a must. Taleo has planned an energizing morning that explores talent management challenges, presents intriguing new research, and provides executive insight on this important topic."
"Over a decade ago, McKinsey first defined the 'war for talent.' Today it's become a global, cultural, and generational war," said Alice Snell, Vice President of Taleo Research. "Having the greatest talent pool, exceptional leadership resources, and superior talent management strategies and practices make all the difference. Without the proper tools in place to manage your talent, business performance is definitely at risk."
The Taleo-sponsored HCI Innovation Tour is $99 with advance registration at www.humancapitalinstitute.org, and is recommended for Chief Talent Officers, Chief People Officers, VPs of Talent, Human Resource Leaders and executives concerned about talent-related issues.
