VisionQwest Focuses on Human Capital to Grow its Business

Beverly Hills, CA (PRWEB) April 11, 2008 -- VisionQwest Resource Group, Inc. has expanded its company to become a global leader in Human Capital in healthcare and executive staffing. The healthcare division (VisionQwest Healthcare) has found its niche in finding nursing talent for skilled nursing facilities and medical centers throughout the world. To enhance the healthcare side its offices in the Philippines has now formed a NCLEX (National Council Licensure Examination Registered Nurse) nursing review center that will begin review classes in late May of 2008. The review center provides qualified foreign nurses the ability to study for and take the state boards of the US. These review centers will be located in two provinces that have nursing schools that are in compliance with US nurse training. This investment will allow VisionQwest Healthcare to work with qualified nurses and ready them to serve in nursing assignments in the United States. Once the United States Congress has lifted immigration retrogression and allow these nurses to come to the United States to work, these nurses will already be licensed and ready to start work. Congress has stalled this process and refuses to work on needed legislation to help the nursing shortage in the United States. Joseph Cabuhat has been named Executive Vice President of VisionQwest Healthcare.

As well as healthcare the company has created executive placement services on a global basis through VisionQwest Staffing Group. With offices in Los Angeles and in Dubai it will be able to provide staffing to companies with a global presence. VisionQwest Staffing Group is a fully designed process that uses corporate professional recruitment capabilities, its technology, its knowledge, and international name to reduce client company's recruitment costs while improving quality and attracting the best talent.
